8 Product Lines
Flap Discs
T27 flat and T29 conical flap discs for weld grinding, blending and deburring. 100–180 mm, five abrasive grains, P36–P600.
Fiber Discs
Resin fiber discs for heavy grinding, weld removal and scale removal on angle grinders.
Hook & Loop Sanding Discs
Paper, film and cloth-backed discs for orbital sanders, in round, delta, mouse and rectangle shapes.
Sanding Mesh
Open mesh discs for dust-free sanding of filler, primer and wood.
Sanding Belts
Belts in custom widths and lengths, with butt or lap joints, for portable and industrial sanders.
Sandpaper & Emery Cloth
Paper-backed sandpaper and cloth-backed emery cloth, supplied as sheets or rolls.
Strip Discs
Non-woven discs for rust, paint and coating removal, in fiberglass-backed, shaft-mounted, hook and loop, and quick-change versions.
Mounted Flap Wheels
Shank-mounted flap wheels for bores, curved surfaces and tight spaces.

Key Processes Run In-House
- Slitting jumbo rolls cut into strips of consistent width with clean edges
- Glue application and flap stacking (flap discs, flap wheels): controls flap count, overlap angle and flap retention
- Pressing and oven curing (flap discs, fiber discs): controls bond strength
- Laminating (hook and loop discs, mesh): bonds the abrasive firmly to the hook-and-loop backing
- Die cutting (hook and loop discs, mesh): controls diameter and hole-position accuracy
- Joint pressing (sanding belts): controls joint strength and smooth belt running
- Packing labeling, speed marking, and bulk or retail packing

When Rex is not the right supplier:
- You need bonded abrasives such as grinding wheels or cut-off wheels. Rex makes coated and non-woven products only.
- You need superabrasives such as diamond or CBN. These are outside Rex's range.
