REX Mounted Flap Wheel is applied to polishing and finishing of all kinds of complicated and deep holes of metal and non-metal materials, especially suitable for the grinding and polishing of the concave and convex surfaces and sides.
It features a high safety factor, does not burn the workpiece and produces small noise.
It is available with Aluminium oxide, calcined Aluminium oxide, zirconium oxide, silicon carbide and ceramic abrasives.
With a 6 mm spindle, it is produced in a full range of sizes from 25×20×6 mm to 100×30×6 mm (35 sizes), and can be customized as per customer’s requirements.
