T27 vs T29 Flap Discs.

Rex supplies both T27 and T29 flap discs for different grinding angles and working needs.
  • T27 flap discs have a flat profile and work best at lower angles, usually around 0-15°. They are suitable for flat surface grinding, weld blending, edge finishing, and smoother surface preparation.
  • T29 flap discs have a conical profile and work better at higher angles,usually around 15-25°. They provide stronger contact pressure, makingthem suitable for weld grinding, edge work, beveling, and faster stock removal.
