Zirconia Oxide Flap Disc

REX Zirconia Flap Discs are designed for demanding metal grinding applications. Made with zirconium oxide abrasive cloth and fiberglass backing, they provide a durable abrasive solution for stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel.

Zirconia is particularly suitable for applications involving steel materials where a durable abrasive is required for grinding and surface preparation. The P40–P120 grit range provides options for different grinding requirements.

Available in T27 and T29 configurations, the flap disc can be selected according to the workpiece and grinding application. The flap construction provides a continuous abrasive surface for consistent contact during operation.
